Foreo Bear

I've had this for about two to three months now, and I was one of the lucky few to get sent this by Foreo Bear when it first came out.

I decided to talk about the Foreo Bear because you asked me to and want my review. So here it is.

What is Foreo Bear?

This innovative device uses LED technology and hot/cold sonic waves to stimulate skin cells, thus boosting the penetrative prowess of ingredients in your face mask or moisturizer!

The Foreo Bear is a facial toning device that has microcurrent technology. It will make your skin look better by lifting, tightening, and smoothing it.

This device is a beauty secret that celebrities can't live without. So give it a try - you'll be hooked too after just one use!

And I'm going to put what it says on Foreo.com. "What is it?" Atoning device to take your facial fitness to a whole new level.

I like how they use the term "facial fitness," but to be honest, it's not really like a workout.

What does Foreo Bear do?

"What it does?" It just helps to lift your skin, relax the facial muscle tension points, and helps to tone your skin. So I would say it's more of like micro-currents. It's mostly skin rather than muscles if you get what I mean.

That's why I don't know if a term like "fitness" is the most appropriate, although it hence your facial muscles. It combines superior microcurrent t-sonic pulsations that tighten and firm your skin for a youthful, contoured complexion.

Microcurrent facial toning directs electrical currents onto the skin to fit younger-looking skin. After using it for about two months now, I can attest to this, and I feel like this device seriously helps lift, tone, and firm the skin.

So now we know this is a facial toning device. The Bear device uses microcurrents. It also has T-sonic pulsations and an anti-shock system that provides safety when using something like this because it is an electric current.

And it's also compatible with the Foreo app as with all of their newer Foreo devices, like the Bear Smart Masking Device and the Luna 3. So now, let's jump right into the demonstration!

Can I use Foreo Bear without the app?

Yes, you may work the device manually after using it, so the app isn't always required.

Of course, you can use it with your smartphone, but to be honest, being a Foreo user myself for the past (I don't know how many years), I know that having the app is a plus point for many.

Still, honestly, once you are very used to just using it all the time, you already know how to work it manually, so you don't always need the app.

I would say use the app when you're still new to the brand. The first few tries, you know, familiarize yourself with it.

What comes in the box?

It comes with just two balls, it's very light, and the whole thing is silicon. So it's effortless to clean. There's only one charging point, so this is the only opening, and there's only one button, so it makes it beginner-friendly.

Don't spoil this button. If this is spoiled, then you cannot work the entire device anymore.

How to use Foreo Bear

Turn it on

So once you turn it on, you can see the three dots, so there are five different intensities that you guys can choose.

This product has a unique system that monitors how people's skin reacts to electricity. It adjusts the microcurrent spheres' intensity for maximum safety.

Prepare your face

Make sure that your face and your BEAR™ are cleaned and dry, with no remaining lotion. Then, apply a thin layer of SERUM SÉRUM SERUM to all parts of the face/neck you want to treat.

If you ask me whether or not you can use this with other serums, I would think you can, but to be safe, try not to use oils or creams with it.

Use water-based serums, because after all, it still uses the t-sonic pulsations, and just pairing it with water-based serum so that it doesn't clog your pores.

Choose the microcurrent intensity

Because my skin is already used to it, I'm usually at level two or level three. But if you are using it for the first time, I would make sure that you don't get a shock.

Press the BEAR™ universal button to turn it on. Push the button once for each level, and push twice to turn it off. Use the app to access more options.

I would say start with level one until you are used to it. After that, it just instantly turns on, and you feel it vibrating. So for using this combining microcurrent technology, it's recommended to pair it with the Foreo Serum, which is what I have been doing anyway.

You can use this to show off your skin. Put it on your cheekbones, around your lips, and over your jawline and neck.

So just one button and it's on, and what you do is you go slow, and you pull it from the center of your face to the sides of your face. And you will feel electric currents. When I first used it, it was a little bit painful and not very comfortable.

How to use Foreo Bear without the app? As I said, you do need some getting used to. So the thing about the app is it tells you exactly when to move off, but if you're doing it manually, you have to be gentle.

I don't know what it is, but I'm extremely sensitive on my forehead, so I feel the electric current like SHOOT right to the back of my head every time I do this.

Don't forget your neck

So I'm just going to do one side, and of course not forgetting your neck. So for my neck, I'm just going upwards and also want to tone this area. So that helps you to get rid of your double chin.

Okay, so it just beeped. I think it's 90 seconds. You can see a difference between your face, so that side is lifted more than the other one now. Especially over your cheekbones are a little bit more pronounced.

Now you have to go in with the other side of the face as well as your neck.

Apply the serum again

So apply the serum again. Alright! So now you are finally done with both sides. You will feel like your skin is lifted. It also is a lot more v-shaped now and overtime after using it for two to three months.

In my case, I did see my necklines reduced a little bit. But, for me, I've had my neckline since I was a little girl because of my eczema.

Once you are done, turn off the device by holding down the button for three seconds. If there is still some serum left on your face after that, either apply it to your skin or rinse and dry your face with a towel.

What do I think about the Foreo Bear?

Compared to using other facial toning devices and wrinkle products, anti-aging products for many years, I feel like using a device like this gives me more results, and I see results faster. So who do I recommend this Foreo Bear to?

It's costly. It is $299.00 on Foreo.com, and it's something that you know. You need to have a budget, and I would recommend it to people with higher purchasing power.

Is Foreo Bear worth it?

In the Mid 20s and below, you probably don't need a device like this because your skin is perhaps still firm and elastic, and you don't need that much lifting, and products can probably do the trick for you.

But if you're in your late 20s, you're in your 30s, or even older, then I feel like you will benefit from a product like this.

The Foreo Bear will give you an additional boost on top of the products you are using.

I do recommend it, but I don't think it's for everyone. Another thing is if you have very sensitive skin (so if you have many broken wounds on your skin, a compromised skin barrier.)

Suppose you have sensitive, acne-prone, or eczema skin. In that case, I feel like this might be a little bit uncomfortable for you to use.

That is because I realize that whenever I have an active breakout, an area on my face is highly irritated. So whenever I glide this over, it is a little bit more painful, and it's very uncomfortable.

The bottom line

So overall, I feel like it's incredibly brilliant for Foreo to come up with a device like this. It's tiny and handy, and to be honest, it's a brilliant design.

This is the Foreo Bear, and I know they have a Foreo Bear Mini, so the Foreo Bear Mini is almost half price. It's retailing at $199.00.

It also has the t-sonic pulsations, and it also has microcurrents, anti-shock, and also using the app.

So I found out that the Foreo Bear Mini is pretty much the same thing as the Foreo Bear. Except that it's smaller.

It also targets and is built specifically for specific areas (such as your eyes, eyebrows, and mouth.

I have never tried the Foreo Bear Mini, and I don't know how smaller it is. The Foreo Bear is the perfect size for your entire face, I would say, but for the price, the difference may be the Foreo Bear Mini would be a good option if it's not too small that you need to go like a lot, a lot of times.

That is it for my review! I hope you found it helpful!
